Alisan Fine arts was established in 1981 as one of the first professionally-run galleries in Hong Kong to promote Chinese Diaspora artists. In 1987, the gallery moved into the Prince’s Building with the first exhibition shown in the new space being “The Selected Works by Lui Shou-kwan (1919 – 1975)”. Since then, the gallery has organised more than 100 shows for international Chinese artists, artists from the Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
To celebrate Alisan Fine Arts 20th year at the Prince’s Building, we are pleased to showcase once again the works of Hong Kong pioneer, Lui Shou-kwan and his established students: Wucius Wong, Hon Chi-fun, Leung Kui-ting, Kan Tai-keung, Chui Tze-hung and Ha Bik-chuen.
