Huang Ji, was born in 1990, Yangjiang, Guangdong, China, holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and has obtained his Ph.D. under Wang Dongling at the School of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy of the China Academy of Art. He currently serves as an adjunct lecturer at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and is a member of the China Fine Brushwork Painting Society. Huang Ji's works subtly convey contemporary tactile experiences through the traditional medium of ink on paper. The serene atmosphere and meticulous brushstrokes reflect the classical sensibilities of traditional Chinese ink painting, yet, when combined with thoughtfully transformed subject matter, his art conveys a subtle internal conflict that evokes a unique psychological response from viewers.

His works have been widely exhibited across China, including at the Zhejiang Art Museum, Shenzhen Art Museum, Guangdong Art Museum, and Chengdu Art Museum. Huang’s works are part of prestigious collections, including Guangdong Art Museum; Art Museum of Guangzhou Academy of Art; New Shi Wan Art Museum, Foshan; Guan Shanyue Art Museum, Shenzhen, China, and various corporate collections.
